  • How do i place my order ?

    You can order online simply by clicking the "Add To Basket" button next to the item you wish to purchase (you can always remove the item from your order later) and when you are done shopping click on the "Proceed To Checkout" button which takes you to our order form. Full payment will be taken at the time of order.

  • What payment methods do you offer?

    We accept Master Card, Visa, and Visa Electron cards.

  • How much is the delivery charge?

    Delivery is free for orders of £300 and over, for orders under £300 we charge a nominal £25.00. We currently levy a surcharge for post code areas PH, PA, IV, KW, AB, DD, DG, EH, G, FK, KA, ML, TD and KY, this surcharge will be notified to you via email within 2 working days of our receiving your order, you can then choose either to accept and pay the surcharge or cancel and receive a full refund. Should you wish to check the surcharge prior to placing your order please email sales@blueoceaninteriors.co.uk with full details of the items you wish to order and including your full post code.

  • How long will i have to wait for delivery?

    Delivery times vary according to the product and the manufacturer. Approximate times are given next to each product description but these may vary depending on how busy the manufacturer is when you place your order. We will endeavour to notify you as soon as possible of any delays we are made aware of. Generally, when more than one item is ordered all items will be delivered at the same time

  • What if i am unable to take delivery of my order when it is ready?

    If you are having work done in your home please be aware that building projects are frequently delayed. If you are unable to take delivery of your furniture when it is ready we will store it for you free of charge for 21 days. We can not store items beyond this time, if items are still in storage with us after this period the order will be cancelled and a surcharge of 10% deducted from your payment, the remainder of your payment will then be refunded to you

  • Can i cancel my order?

    You may cancel your order at any time between the placement of the order and 7 days from the day after delivery. We offer a money back guarantee. To receive a full refund you must return the goods with original packaging in as new and unused condition. We can also arrange for a collection service, the charge for collection is £75, except for postcode areas PH, PA, IV, KW, AB, DD, DG, EH, G, FK, KA, ML, TD and KY, the collection price for these ares is available on request. Should you wish to return your goods for any reason, you must contact our customer service department in writing within 14 days of delivery. Any money which you have paid will be refunded within 30 days. A full refund of the cost of the goods is wholly conditional upon the above conditions being met and will only be authorised after a full inspection of the goods by ourselves. Any items returned that do not conform to these conditions will be subject to a surcharge or will be returned to you at your expense.

  • How do you carry out deliveries?

    We use a third party, 2 man delivery service to room of choice on ground floor and 2nd floor bedrooms if access is possible, we will delivery to flats on ground floor level or if lift is available we maybe able to take up.

  • What if part of my delivery is damaged or missing?

    This happens infrequently, but sometimes furniture sustains minor damage during shipping or contains a manufacturer’s defect. If this occurs you must inform Blue Ocean Interiors within 48 hours on 01484 465125 or use the Contact Us page for other ways to get in touch. We will arrange for the goods to be repaired in your home if possible, alternatively we will arrange to have them returned to the manufacturer. If items need to be returned please keep the original packaging. All returns and repairs must be arranged through our Customer Service Department (we are unable to pay for returns which we have not authorised).

    Please note, if you goods are damaged, we will require digital images of the damage.

  • Can you send me a brochure?

    In an effort to keep our costs (and therefore our prices) as low as possible, we don't print paper catalogues. Instead, we have an extensive selection of furniture on display here on our Website. Visit our Online Showroom and view our online catalogue which is added to daily. If you have any questions, we are happy to help (please use the Contact us button).

  • What warrenty do you offer?

    All of our products come with a full manufacturer’s warranty. These vary in length dependent on the manufacturers specifications. Specifics on getting warranty service will depend on the item, the assembly, the nature of the problem, the manufacturer and your location. Further details on manufacturer’s warranties will generally be attached when you get your new furniture. Your statutory rights are not affected.

  • How do i contact Blue Ocean Interiors?

    We have a large showroom based in Huddersfield. The showroom covers two floors and has large display's of Hinged and Sliding Door wardrobes, Sofas, Glass and Wood Dining Sets, Coffee Tables, Lamp Tables, Console Tables plus Shelving Units, Bookcases, Display Units and much more.
